This project resulted in a 14,300
square foot new construction fire and EMS facility and
5,400 square foot of existing apparatus was remodeled at
the same time. This project began with a comprehensive
space study and existing facility analysis for the
Fire/EMS District.
The project involved an extended
design phase with several public presentations that
explored three building options and alternatives. A
detailed cost estimate was assembled before the project
moved into the construction documentation phase. The
actual project costs will remain less than the allocated
funds that were budgeted.
Vierbicher Associates, Inc. provided
services that included space study needs, building
design and construction, documentation, and construction
administration services. |
