This project resulted in a 14,300 square foot new construction fire and EMS facility and 5,400 square foot of existing apparatus was remodeled at the same time.  This project began with a comprehensive space study and existing facility analysis for the Fire/EMS District. 

The project involved an extended design phase with several public presentations that explored three building options and alternatives.  A detailed cost estimate was assembled before the project moved into the construction documentation phase.  The actual project costs will remain less than the allocated funds that were budgeted.
