Vierbicher Associates has provided Commercial and Residential code enforcement for the Village of Rothschild since early spring of 2001. The Village inspection program entails co-operative enforcement efforts with state, county, and village staff for State of Wisconsin administrative rules and local zoning ordinances. Activities include plan review, permit issuance, full on-site construction/mechanical inspections for code compliance and issuance of certificates of occupancy for construction bond release.
