This project involved additions and modifications to
a 27,000 square foot cheese plant. The facility was
originally designed for the production of cheddar and
muenster cheese. The plant was later modified to focus
on mozzarella production. Vierbicher Associates has
designed numerous plant additions and modifications as
production needs have changed.
Vierbicher Associates, Inc. provided architectural
and engineering services for the project. Additional
services
included building design, site development, and
wastewater pre-treatment systems.
