This project implemented an $11 million building
program to meet the county’s long term space needs. The
project consisted of three major elements, including a
new administration building.
A new 93,000 square foot administration building was
constructed in downtown Baraboo. The building is
connected to the existing courthouse by an underground
concourse. This element of the project involved space
needs analysis, comparative site selection,
environmental assessment, acquisition and relocation,
historically sensitive design, building and site design,
and construction administration. |
