This project involved design and construction of a new facility within close proximity to Interstate 90/94, in the Village of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. The facility is located on a 120-acre site. Site improvements include access drives, parking lots, and on-site storm water detention facilities.

Transportation services provided by Vierbicher Associates incorporated urban design of roadways and internal traffic movement throughout the 120-acre site, including road layout, pavement grades, storm drainage and pedestrian traffic.

Vierbicher also provided plat and property survey, site survey, site design, soil and concrete testing, construction staking, and coordination with construction inspection services. Engineering design for water mains, sanitary sewer and storm sewer was also provided.
