Maple Lawn at Sigglekow Preserve is a unique neighborhood in the City of Madison.  The concept design involved preserving the natural physical elements of the site and building three specific theme areas that focus on the agricultural history of the site; the glacial significance of the area; and the full magnitude of the seasons.

Planning design strategies include providing a variety of lot sizes to meet the needs of varied housing densities and family types; street widths to direct traffic flow and encourage safety; alignment of lot layout and green spaces with topography of land; providing dedicated walking trails and sidewalks; and providing greenways throughout the community.

Vierbicher Associates, Inc. provided a broad range of landscape architecture, engineering, planning, surveying, wetland delineation, and graphics design services for the concept phase.  Currently the project is in the design phase.
