Vierbicher Associates, Inc. was
retained by the City of Kaukauna to evaluate the
redevelopment potential of a six-acre site in downtown
Kaukauna at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and STH
55 (Lawe Street). The site was evaluated for
development suitability and an analysis of the market
potential of the site was prepared.
A concept plan was prepared to
illustrate how a mixed-use development could fit on the
site. The plan illustrates a 30,000-square foot,
four-level mixed-use building with another 18,000 square
foot residential development along Catherine Street.
The plan includes both underground and surface parking
to serve the development and shows how access to the
site could be arranged. |
