8/18/2010 - Errin Welty Joins Vierbicher

Madison, Wisconsin – Vierbicher Associates, Inc. announces the addition of Errin Welty to our Madison office as an Economic Analyst.

Welty brings nine years of experience in research and real estate services for office, industrial, retail investment, and property management clients. Errin’s project experience includes downtown revitalization and economic development planning. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, with a Real Estate Emphasis, from the University of Colorado at Denver as well as Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, with minors in Geographic Information Systems and Spanish from St. Cloud University in Minnesota.

Vierbicher is a planning and engineering consulting firm delivering successful development projects to public and private clients for over 30 years.  Vierbicher is unique in its integration of engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, and economic development services.  As a result, they are able to address all aspects of a project from vision to reality.
