Vierbicher Co-Hosting Land Development Seminar

Madison, WI – An educational land development seminar is going to be co-hosted by Vierbicher Associates, Inc. and Reinhart Boerner Van Deurun, s.c. There are several regulatory changes effective this spring that will most certainly affect development projects in Wisconsin. The seminar will cover the following topics:

  • How to structure the ownership of your property and company to minimize your tax liability under the recent changes to the state and federal tax laws.
  • How to best comply with the new stormwater requirements both during and after construction, how to take advantage of the new permitting options created under Wisconsin’s 2004 Job Creation Act, and about Green Tier – one of the most progressive enhances to Wisconsin’s environmental compliance program, which may enable qualified entities to self regulate certain activities within the development process.
  • Local municipal trends impacting land development.

Attendees will be able to ask questions of a distinguished panel and network with other land development professionals. This seminar will be held on March 10, 2005, at The Madison Concourse Hotel, 1 West Dayton Street. Registration/continental breakfast runs from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. The program begins with a brief introduction at 8 a.m. and will conclude by 10:30 a.m.
