Vierbicher Celebrates 30 Years in Business

Vierbicher Associates, Inc. is an engineering consulting
firm delivering successful development projects to public
and private clients for more than 30 years.
The firm was originally founded in 1976 by James Vierbicher,
PE, in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. In 1987, a second office was
added in Madison, followed by an office located in Prairie
du Chien in 1999. Engineering services include the full
array of civil engineering activities including site
development, infrastructure, sewer, water, roads, as well as
water resources and environmental studies.
Planning
services are an important activity of the firm. Vierbicher
offers land-use planning, zoning, and economic development.
Vierbicher’s team also provides grant writing activities for
its public clients, as well as our array of project
financing capabilities such as Tax Incremental Financing.
Today, Vierbicher Associates, Inc. has grown into a 75-
person firm that provides professional consulting services
to public and private clients. Vierbicher Associates is an
employee-owned corporation with shareholders, and a
seven-person Board of Directors that oversees the direction
of the company.
Technical
Services
The staff of Vierbicher Associates is comprised of
engineers, planners, community development specialists,
landscape architects, environmental scientists, surveyors,
and economic development specialists. We provide clients
with proven municipal experience and private sector insight
vital to successful community development. Our staff has
expertise with infrastructure and land consulting, including
market analysis, economic development, redevelopment
planning, and downtown revitalization projects.
