Cummings Receives 'CPESC' Designation
REEDSBURG,
WI
– Shaun Cummings, a designer at Vierbicher Associates, Inc.,
has received his Certified Professional in Erosion and
Sediment Control (CPESC) designation from the Soil and Water
Conservation Society and the International Erosion Control
Association.
This certification is based on examination
and a review of educational and service activities in both
the public and private sector. “This certification brings
Vierbicher one step closer to becoming a technical services
provider for projects funded by the federal government,”
says Joe Dorava, water resources project manager. “This will
help guide our growth in the agriculture market, as we
position our firm to assist with animal waste and holding,
comprehensive nutrient management plans, water runoff and
drainage control plans, and regulatory agency permit
applications.” USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service
(NRCS) endorses the certification program.
