Vierbicher has an opening for a Quality Assurance Manager at our Madison, Milwaukee, or Reedsburg office. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the activity of quality assurance and project management programs and processes by developing, implementing, and maintaining company standards for all project work. This position is also responsible for training staff on company standards, project management processes and continually recommending and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and manage processes so that all projects meet required quality standards throughout the company
  • Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Trains and motivates employees to ensure quality standards are met for all projects
  • Incorporate client’s needs to develop a company-wide comprehensive strategy to meet/exceed client expectations
  • Provide technical expertise to all departments around continuous process improvement and staff development
  • Conduct periodic assurance assessments, reporting the results of the assessments, identifying trends, and sharing best practices for developing an action plan to continuously improve
  • Create and maintain an organized process/structure for all documentation related to projects
  • Collaborate with project leaders and managers to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives
  • Builds consensus with significant stakeholders when implementing or improving company quality management and project management programs
  • Establish guidelines and checklists to allow staff to complete QA/QC reviews of deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned
