Marketing Manager – Madison Office

Vierbicher has an opening in our Madison, WI office location for a Marketing Manager, with 5 or more years of experience and an interest in corporate marketing and sales functions for all market sectors, departments and offices for a multi-discipline consulting firm.


  • Plans, coordinates and assists with implementation of corporate identity, project photography, advertising and Web Site;
  • Plans, coordinates and assists with public relations and communications activities (trade shows, seminars, open houses, staff presentations, press releases, etc.);
  • Evaluates RFP’s & directs to appropriate staff to determine and formulate the most effective response;
  • Draft and finalize RFPs’ and SOQ’s for internal and distribution, composing, formatting, editing, and finalizing as required;
  • Coordinates and assists with production / graphic design of marketing collateral materials;
  • Prepares and coordinates social media posts;
  • Attends project events (Ribbon cutting/ground breaking);
  • Attend and keep minutes of Marketing Committee meetings;
  • Help establish and maintain client database;
  • Assist to develop and monitor corporate graphic standards;
  • Coordinates ordering promotional items/giveaways;
  • Assists Marketing and Business Development Director with marketing and business development plan and to develop strategies for marketing and business development activities;
  • Assist and facilitate client and market research;
  • Responsible for developing and monitoring marketing filing systems;
  • Coordinates and tracks association/membership involvement by staff;
  • Assists with development of the marketing budget and monitor marketing expenditures;
  • Assist with training staff on marketing activities;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Journalism;
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Prior experience with bid proposals and RFP’s is preferred:
  • Prior experience in construction or engineering field is preferred.
