REEDSBURG, WI – Vierbicher, an employee-owned leader in engineering, planning, and surveying, is proud to announce that the Zweig Group has once again recognized the firm with two of the industry’s most distinguished honors: the 2026 Best Firms to Work For Award and the 2026 Hot Firm Award.
This marks the fourth time Vierbicher has earned the Best Firms to Work For recognition and the third consecutive year on the Hot Firm list. The timing makes it even sweeter: both honors arrive as the firm celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The Best Firms to Work For Award recognizes architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms that excel in workplace culture, professional development, and employee satisfaction. The award is based directly on anonymous employee feedback, which makes it especially meaningful at a firm where every employee is also an owner.
The Hot Firm Award celebrates the 100 fastest-growing AEC firms in the United States and Canada based on revenue growth. Three straight years on the list reflect sustained momentum built on the trust of the communities, developers, and partners Vierbicher serves across Wisconsin.
