Project Description

Vierbicher was pleased to partner with T. Wall Enterprises Mgt, LLC, Stevens Construction Corp., and JLA Architects to provide civil engineering, land surveying, construction administration, and construction staking for Covered Bridge, an award-winning housing development in the Village of Windsor (2023 Project of the Year by ABC of Wisconsin). This project is one of several new developments addressing the growing housing needs in this fast-growing Dane County community.

Designed as an homage to the state’s farming roots, Covered Bridge offers a unique aesthetic that feels like an authentic tribute to the surrounding fields. Inside, residents enjoy modern amenities such as a first-floor clubhouse with a seating area and kitchenette, an outdoor patio with a grill, a second-floor conference/work room, a dog-washing station, and EV charging stations.

Looking ahead, future phases will significantly expand the community with an additional 276 units, a commercial space, and a state-of-the-art clubhouse featuring a heated sparkling pool, bowling alley, 24/7 fitness center, golf simulator, pickleball courts, and over 3,927 feet of walking paths.
