Located off I-90 and I-94, the Hampton Inn & Suites is less than one mile from Kalahari Waterpark, Wilderness Resort, and Outlets at the Dells discount shopping. Mt. Olympus Water Park is a 10-minute drive away, and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance.
Vierbicher was pleased to provide land surveying and site development services to ADCI for this project.
Vierbicher prepared a topographic survey, site plan, grading and erosion control plans, a stormwater management plan for underground detention and a landscape plan. Permits for the Hampton Inn & Suites project were also obtained by Vierbicher.
