A new Holiday Inn hotel is set to open in Reedsburg, Wisconsin in early summer 2023. The hotel will be located in the newly developed business park, off of Skinner Drive, north of STH 33.
The hotel will feature 83 rooms, a fitness center, an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a free breakfast buffet. The hotel will also have a business center and meeting space for up to 100 people.
The new Holiday Inn will be a welcome addition to the Reedsburg area. The hotel will provide much-needed lodging for visitors to the area, which is home to a number of popular attractions, including the Kickapoo Valley Reserve, the Wisconsin River, and the Reedsburg Area Historical Society Museum.
The new Holiday Inn is a great example of the continued growth and development of the Reedsburg area. The hotel is expected to be a popular destination for travelers from all over the world. Vierbicher was pleased to provide land surveying and site development services to ADCI for this project.
Vierbicher prepared a topographic survey, site plan, site grading and erosion control plans, stormwater management plan, landscape plan, and permit applications for the project.
