Pleasant Hill Estates is a neighborhood in the Village of Windsor offering a convenient location and connections to extensive trail networks and parks.
Vierbicher assisted Premier Builders in designing the infrastructure for these new simgle family homes through four phases of construction over a six year span. Working closely with the owner, the street configuration and earthwork were designed to maximize lower level exposures, while minimizing the project construction cost.
Work on the project included initial concept planning and assistance with initial pro forma analysis, developing plans and project specifications for approval and construction; submitting project documents to approval agencies; obtaining project pricing for construction and construction administration services; and developing an overall grading plan to better balance the earthwork.
Vierbicher provided site design, stormwater management, land surveying, and municipal permitting for the project.
