This project involved construction of a new facility in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, including three 300,000 square foot distribution buildings and a 45,000 square foot destination retail center. The facility is located on a 67-acre site. The project included development of an adjacent 35-acre business park. Site improvements include:
- Access drives
- 1,000 car parking lot
- Truck shipping and receiving
- Utilities
- On-site stormwater management facilities
