Project Description

Vierbicher has provided site development and infrastructure design services for the following Menard’s projects:

  • New Store—Johnson Creek, WI
  • New Store—Baraboo, WI
  • Store Expansion—Madison, WI (West)

The Johnson Creek store is located in close proximity to I 94/STH 26 interchange. The facility is located on a 120-acre site which also includes a new Kohl’s store and multiple commercial building sites. The project included an upgrade of intersections, street extensions, and installation of municipal sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and pedestrian facilities. Site development included grading, stormwater management, erosion control, access drives, parking lots and utilities.

The Baraboo store is located on USH 12 on a 40-acre site which includes multiple commercial building sites. The project included reconstructing USH 12 from a two-lane highway to a four-lane divided highway, intersection improvements and extension of municipal streets, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer. Site development included grading, access drives, parking, stormwater management, erosion control and utilities.
