Vierbicher provided engineering and construction services for Westview Meadows. Westview Meadows is a 130 lot single-family residential development located on the west side of the Village of Waunakee. The development included stormwater management facilities, a park and a pedestrian path.
This development occurred over several years and in four separate phases.
The design included preparation of construction plans for the infrastructure, specifications and permit applications. Approvals from the Village, Dane County, and the WDNR were obtained for this development.
Construction services included construction staking, reviewing shop drawings and pay requests, coordination with private utilities, the contractor and the Village, and preparation of record drawings of the improvements. Detailed individual lot grading plans were also developed to obtain building permits and allow construction of the home sites.
