As Principal / Chief Growth Officer, Dave takes a lead role in corporate growth efforts including acquisitions and organic growth initiatives. He leads the firm’s marketing and business development efforts by analyzing potential markets, assessing client needs, identifying competitors, and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales. Dave continues to be involved in other corporate matters serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee, and involvement with budgeting, ownership transition, and recruiting. He also remains involved with land development projects by working with clients on the front end to evaluate sites and feasibility, as well as working with staff to ensure the successful delivery of our services.
