John has more than 15 years of engineering design and construction experience. His private development experience includes preparing plans for a wide range of developments including multifamily and senior living facilities, commercial and medical offices, and industrial, financial, and hotel developments. John’s experience also includes public infrastructure improvements with local municipalities and transportation projects with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. He has developed multiple projects from initial conception through construction and is very knowledgeable in the permitting requirements of regulatory agencies.
