Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. She specializes in Project Design and Management, encompassing Civil and Water Resource Engineering. Major projects engineered and managed to date include Railyard in Green Bay and numerous subdivisions around the Green Bay area.
