Vierbicher partnered with Inventure Capital , LLC, JLA Architects, and Krupp Contractors to deliver Bella Springs Apartments in Fitchburg, WI. Bella Springs was designed to create a vibrant urban feel to the North Fish Hatchery Road corridor and make productive use of a previously underutilized site.
Bella Springs is a new four-story multifamily development with 173 units on a 2.82-acre site. The site includes a variety of amenities including a rooftop courtyard above the at-grade concealed parking and a dog run. Vierbicher worked with the team to maximize the usable open space and maintain existing mature trees by utilizing a tier infiltration basin along the south side of the site that can address stormwater requirements while providing a landscaping plan on the rooftop courtyard and along the infiltration basins to create an open inviting atmosphere.
