Project Description

At Crossing Rivers Health Clinic, primary care visits increased by 25% since 2019, reflecting a growing demand for clinic services. Crossing Rivers Health made the investment in an expansion project that will add clinic space to its medical building.

The new expansion will integrate Behavioral Health Services in the clinic setting, helping patients be more physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. This is a step toward the future where there will be more integrated care.

Construction includes an 18,000 square foot addition to the north side of the existing facility. The new clinic addition will replace the existing building that stands a few hundred feet from the hospital. It is expected to open in the Spring of 2023.

The Crossing Rivers Health Board of Directors supports the project citing “benefit to the community, return on investment, and working to develop and maintain relationships of those we serve.”

Vierbicher is providing design services that include expanding the parking lot, improving site drainage, stormwater management, landscape architecture, and adding access to Highway 35.
