Located on .66 acres along West Johnson Street in the heart of the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, this redevelopment project was approved by the City of Madison in 2007. At 14-stories, the structure houses a total of 162 apartment units ranging from efficiencies to 4-bedroom units, as well as amenities catering to the student population.
As part of the original site, the Conklin House, a structure of historic significance, was relocated to a site approximately 1.5 miles away.
As part of a comprehensive project team, Vierbicher staff worked closely with the City of Madison staff and commissions on the complex site design and provided civil engineering and surveying services.
