Project Description

Located on .66 acres along West Johnson Street in the heart of the University of Wisconsin–Madison campus, this redevelopment project was approved by the City of Madison in 2007. At 14-stories, the structure houses a total of 162 apartment units ranging from efficiencies to 4-bedroom units, as well as amenities catering to the student population.

As part of the original site, the Conklin House, a structure of historic significance, was relocated to a site approximately 1.5 miles away.

As part of a comprehensive project team, Vierbicher staff worked closely with the City of Madison staff and commissions on the complex site design and provided civil engineering and surveying services.
