The new Hampton Inn & Suites on Madison’s far west side introduced 132 new hotel rooms to this side of the city. In a premier location as part of the Ganser Heights development, the hotel is located adjacent to the Princeton Club and Courtland Commons, a mixed-use commercial center.
The site includes an adjacent bike path which travels between the hotel and the Beltline Highway, connecting to the larger network of bicycle infrastructure in the City of Madison and providing a prominent amenity for guests.
Vierbicher staff worked with the project team to develop an efficient site plan for the project and completed all civil engineering and survey work for the project. The result is a high-quality hotel with easy access in close proximity to all of the conveniences of Madison’s west side.
