Project Description

i3 Product Development needed more office space to accommodate its growing team. A lot was purchased in Middleton, WI, where there would be room for one office building to be built immediately, as well as room to expand with a second building in the future.

The site had elevation changes throughout with approximately 10 feet of fall from west to east, which created some challenging grading and drainage solutions with the single floor building.

Vierbicher provided topographic survey, site grading, stormwater management design, utility connections, landscaping design, permitting and construction administration.
