The terminus of Fish Hatchery Road at Park Street in the City of Madison creates a unique configuration of land. While this pie- shaped parcel sat underutilized for decades, it is now home to Peloton Residences, an upscale apartment building with sweeping views of the downtown and adjacent lakes.
The Peloton Residences include 156 apartment units along with underground parking stalls and luxury amenities, including an expansive rooftop terrace. The development also includes the unique option of Live/Work units. Five units within the building include first floor retail spaces connected to upper level residential units, providing the ability for small business owners to live and work in the same location.
Vierbicher provided site design, civil engineering, land surveying, stormwater management, and municipal permitting for this project.
